TIVAR™ ESD FG UHMW-PE (Food Grade) is an electrostatic dissipative, carbon-filled grade that protects against electrical charge build-up on wear surfaces. In addition to these characteristics, components made from this material exhibit excellent corrosion resistance and zero moisture absorption in robotic and conveyor equipment parts that are especially sensitive to electrical charge build-up. Due to these properties and its EU 10/2011 food compliancy, this TIVAR™ UHMW-PE grade is often favored as a solution in chain guides, chute liners, guide rails, wear stripe, transfer plates, bearings and assembly conveyor components.
