Ertalyte™ SLP PET-P is a bearing grade that offers excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and high strength. Developed specifically for use in wind turbines to change yaw systems from roller bearings into cost-effective slide bearings, this specialty PET-P exhibits low wear, low friction and high load capabilities. The material is also more rigid and provides better thermal performance than nylons or acetals.
