Forging Ahead — Jiangyin Mayor Wang Qi Visits NOVAPLAS for an Official Inspection
In a spirit of progress and partnership, Mr. Wang Qi, Mayor of Jiangyin Municipal People’s Government, led an official delegation to conduct an in-depth inspection of Jiangyin NOVAPLAS Technology. He was accompanied by the Vice Chairman of the Jiangyin CPPCC, and senior representatives from the Development and Reform Commission, Finance Bureau, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, as well as relevant department heads.
The delegation carried out a comprehensive assessment of NOVAPLAS in accordance with standard procedures. Mayor Wang Qi delivered a detailed briefing on the company's current operations and strategic development, and personally guided the delegation through NOVAPLAS’s collaborative education projects with local universities.
Following the visit, the delegation was divided into three groups to conduct individual interviews, participate in a roundtable discussion, and review related documents. Based on their findings, the inspection team provided a consolidated evaluation and formal feedback.
The team highly recognized NOVAPLAS for its effective management, capacity building, and innovation in industry-academia collaboration. It was recommended that the Jiangyin government further prioritize educational partnerships, increase investment in cooperative education, accelerate the integration of vocational training resources, and offer enhanced policy support to foster a favorable environment for the company’s continued growth.
