Last Friday, for a contract of a relatively small amount, over 20,000, with a 100% advance payment as a deposit, we processed it into our international order system.
On Monday, the client's customer temporarily postponed the order. Fortunately, within just two or three days, with the efforts of us and our colleagues at Mitsubishi, we managed to cancel the order with the international Mitsubishi factory on behalf of the client, preventing unnecessary waste. And we returned the client's 100% deposit on the same day!
